My counseling approach is holistic. With this integrative approach, I select the therapeutic orientation best suited for the issues that need to be addressed and that will produce the most meaningful effects. I believe that everyone has what it takes to make positive changes that will improve their lives.
The therapist and the client both have active roles in the counseling process. As your counselor, I will provide a non-judgemental, compassionate, and empathic environment.
